I bought both
of these photos on Ebay but in different years from different dealers.
The photo on the left is unidentified, the one on the right came in a
folder labeled the Victor Klahr Studio in MIddletown, Pennsylvania. The
photos appear to have been taken about a year apart of the same litle
girl. On the left, she is holding a copy of Kodakery, a magazine published by Kodak from 1913-1930's. On the right she appears with a Kodak Autographic advertising box and an antique camera. My best guess is that her dad was the photographer and collected cameras. Because I've never seen similar photos, I don't believe these are official Kodak advertising. |
